RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you would like to return/exchange your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email at sales@engeniousdesigns.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include your name, order number, the product(s) in question, and a brief explanation for the request. Upon receiving the request, a representative will respond as soon as possible within our standard business hours. The response will include an assigned reference number, and the shipping information.

Once we have received your item(s), they will be inspected, and we will notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange within seven (7) days.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Refunds are subject to a "restocking" fee of up to 10%. These fees are to cover our 3rd party (e.g. Square, PayPal) fees only.

The original order's shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and lead-times.

Exchanges for items of equal value are preferred, but an "upgraded" exchange is possible. Please indicate what item(s) you would like to exchange for in your initial email contact.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

All return/exchange shipments must include a reference number. Shipments received without a reference number will not be accepted, and no refund/exchange will be authorized.

To be eligible for return/exchange, your item(s) must be in "like new" condition. This means they must be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. If an item is received damaged, no refund/exchange will be authorized. This includes damage received during the return shipment. Please package the items appropriately.

Custom orders, personalized products, and international orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

Hazardous/Consumable materials such as batteries and bulbs are not returnable unless they are part of a larger order.
CANCELATIONS:
